We take 2 to 4 days to process your order, then delivery to Ireland takes 4 to 9 business days.


Do you ship worldwide?
We primarily deliver to Ireland, the European Union, and select international destinations.


Where do you ship your products from ?
Our main office is based in Paris, France. Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.


Do your products have certifications ?
Yes, our products are CE certified (European standard) and RoHS compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).

Some items are missing from my order. What’s happening ?
Your products may be shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if you ordered items from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate deliveries. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.
